And now I remember why I stopped eating fried...
Had chicken fingers and french fries today for the first time in a long time. Haven’t had much deep fried crap in a few months. Anyway, an hour later I had a pounding headache which I still have, and I can feel the grease on my lips still too. GROSS. Think I just said goodbye to that stuff for good!

Week 18
Last week was intense, and awesome all at once. I’m not going to be able to make my strength class this Monday again, but am hoping to do Tuesday run/yoga, Wednesday at the pool, Thursday run and maybe hit up a class at the community centre, Friday maybe go to the pool.
